The visit focused on exploring OEM perfume production, discussing formulation development, packaging design, and large-scale supply solutions tailored for the Turkish and Middle Eastern markets.

Factory tour & first impressions

Our guests toured the full production workflow — from fragrance compounding, mixing, and aging tanks to automatic filling lines and packaging workshops.

Large-scale OEM production plan

2. Phase 1: Initial production of 100,000 bottles

3. Formula type: 30% perfume oil concentration (Eau de Parfum grade)

4. Packaging: 100ml premium glass bottles with customized cap and logo

5. Timeline: Pilot batch testing → production run → quality inspection → export delivery

6. Compliance: IFRA, COA, SDS, and product MSDS to be supplied with shipment
